ShipIt Boilerplate License Agreement

TL;DR;

Personal License: Create unlimited projects individually.

Team License: Create unlimited projects as a team.

This License Agreement (Agreement) is established between ShipIt, represented by Manuel Martín (contact: manumrtf@gmail.com), and you, the user (Licensee), regarding your use of the ShipIt coding boilerplate (Product) available at https://shipit.so/ (Website). By downloading, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Personal License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ShipIt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Personal License to use the ShipIt coding boilerplate for the following purposes:

• Develop unlimited projects.
• Create and design applications or websites for personal or commercial use.

1.2 Team License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, ShipIt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable Team License to use the ShipIt coding boilerplate for the following purposes:

• Develop unlimited projects.
• Create and design applications or websites as part of a team.
• Share the code with team members.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the ShipIt boilerplate.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the ShipIt boilerplate.
• Use the ShipIt boilerplate in any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the ShipIt boilerplate or any rights granted under this Agreement.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

ShipIt retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the ShipIt boilerplate. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the ShipIt boilerplate.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

THE SHIPIT BOILERPLATE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHIPIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SHIPIT BOILERPLATE, EVEN IF SHIPIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ShipIt concerning the subject matter herein, superseding all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
