Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using ShipIt, you confirm your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is effective as of the date you first use the ShipIt application.

3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights

The ShipIt Software License offers the purchase of ShipIt software through a one-time payment, granting users unlimited, lifetime access to its full range of features. Designed for solo creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, ShipIt empowers users to build attractive websites and online portfolios.

This license involves a simple and flexible arrangement, eliminating the need for recurring payments or subscriptions. However, it is important to note that the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license without any conditions or prior notice. This termination clause gives the licensor control over software distribution and usage.

Choosing the ShipIt Software License allows users to utilize the software' benefits while acknowledging the licensor' absolute termination rights, which offer flexibility and address potential unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, the ShipIt license cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer

There is no guarantee that ShipIt will meet your needs or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data loss or corruption, business interruption, or loss of contracts), as far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under applicable law, are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

ShipIt provides no warranty, guarantee, or other term regarding the software' quality, fitness for purpose, or otherwise. ShipIt will not be liable for any representation (unless fraudulent), implied warranty, condition, or other term, or any common law duty, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims (whether caused by ShipIt' negligence, the negligence of its employees or agents, or otherwise) arising out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by ShipIt. ShipIt will not be held liable or deemed to be in breach of contract due to any delay or failure in performing its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding any conflicting clauses in this Agreement, if ShipIt is deemed liable to you for a breach of this Agreement, ShipIt' liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the services or software, as calculated in accordance with this clause. You hereby release ShipIt from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims beyond this limitation.

7. Responsibilities

ShipIt is not responsible for the user' actions with user-generated content.

8. General Terms and Law

You acknowledge that there is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and ShipIt as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of ShipIt. You agree that ShipIt will not be held liable due to any representation, action, or omission on your part.
